About Helena Casales-Arregui
Clinical standards.
A calm, honest approach.
Helena Casales-Arregui is a Registered Nurse who qualified in 2011 and spent her early career in surgical nursing before completing the Level 7 Diploma in Facial Aesthetics at the Medical and Aesthetics Training Academy on Harley Street. She is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, a member of the Royal College of Nursing and of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses, and founded Novaderma Aesthetics in 2023. She now sees patients across 2 UNTIL clubs, in Marylebone and Canary Wharf.
Every patient starts with a £50 consultation of up to 1 hour: what you have noticed, a thorough medical history, and an honest view of which of the 15 treatments on this site would help and which would not. Prescription-only medicines are provided only after that face-to-face consultation and a prescription, and every treatment plan is sequenced as a journey, with a review at 2 weeks for anti-wrinkle injections and at least 3 months allowed for skin-regeneration courses to show their effect. Patients must be 18 or over.
In 2026 the clinic received the Safety in Beauty accreditation, Helena was presented with the Empowerment Award at the Women in Aesthetics Awards, and Novaderma Aesthetics was named a finalist for Best New Clinic at the Diamonds Awards London. The approach is the same one her patients describe: reliable, honest and professional, in a calm room where nobody is rushed and nobody is talked into a treatment they do not need. Results vary between individuals, and Helena will say so.
How It Works
Your journey,
step by step
Consultation
Up to an hour with Helena for £50, redeemable against treatment. You talk through what you have noticed, she takes a full medical history and examines your skin, and together you agree a plan: which treatments, in what order, and what each will cost. There is no pressure to book anything.
Treatment
Treatments are carried out by Helena in a private clinic room at UNTIL Marylebone or UNTIL Canary Wharf, using MHRA-regulated products from UK suppliers. Prescription-only medicines are provided only after a face-to-face consultation and prescription, and are never given on a first visit without one.
Review and aftercare
You leave with written aftercare and a direct line to Helena on WhatsApp. Anti-wrinkle injections are reviewed at 2 weeks. Regenerative courses are reviewed as they progress, with at least 3 months allowed before judging skin-quality results. Maintenance is planned around how your skin actually responded.

FAQ
Common
questions
Who carries out the treatments at Novaderma Aesthetics?
Every consultation and treatment is carried out by Helena Casales-Arregui, a Registered Nurse who qualified in 2011 and holds the Level 7 Diploma in Facial Aesthetics from the Medical and Aesthetics Training Academy on Harley Street. She is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and a member of the Royal College of Nursing and BAMAN.
Do I need a consultation before anti-wrinkle injections?
Yes, always. Anti-wrinkle injections use a prescription-only medicine, and UK rules require a face-to-face consultation and a prescription before it can be provided. Your first visit is therefore a consultation rather than a treatment slot. Once you have a prescription and a plan, treatment can usually follow at your next appointment.
How much does a consultation cost and how long does it take?
A consultation is £50 and lasts up to an hour. Helena takes a thorough medical history, talks through what you have noticed, and builds a plan setting out which treatments belong in it, in what order, and what each costs. The fee is redeemable against treatment if you decide to go ahead.
How long before I see results?
It depends on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections take around 2 weeks to show their full effect, which is why Helena reviews you then. Skin-regeneration courses such as Profhilo, polynucleotides and Sculptra work with your own collagen, so Helena asks you to allow at least 3 months before judging the result. Results vary between individuals.
Are treatments suitable for everyone?
No. You must be 18 or over, and treatments are not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding or where a medical history rules them out. Sometimes the honest answer at consultation is that a treatment would not help, or that a different one would suit you better. Helena will say so rather than book you in regardless.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 2 days notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment, by WhatsApp, phone or email. Shorter notice may carry a cancellation fee. If you feel unwell, have a new skin infection near the treatment area, or have started a new medication, let Helena know before your visit so she can advise.
