Helena Casales-Arregui

Helena qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2011 and has spent much of her career in surgical settings, where careful technique and close monitoring of the patient are the daily standard. She is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), a member of the Royal College of Nursing, and a member of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN).

Her aesthetics training is the Level 7 Diploma in Facial Aesthetics from the Medical & Aesthetics Training Academy (MATA) on Harley Street. Level 7 sits at postgraduate level on the UK qualifications framework and includes assessed hands-on practice as well as theory in facial anatomy and complication management. A surgical nursing background and a Level 7 qualification together are what she brings into the treatment room.

Helena founded Novaderma Aesthetics in 2023 and opened at UNTIL Marylebone, 1 Orchard Street, on the corner of Wigmore Street and a 3 minute walk from Bond Street station. A second clinic followed at UNTIL Canary Wharf, so the practice now runs across 2 locations, with Canary Wharf seen by appointment.

It is a young clinic and a deliberately small one. Helena is the sole practitioner, so the person you meet at consultation is the person who treats you and who reviews you afterwards. The approach carries over the standards of surgical nursing: take a thorough history, explain the options in plain terms, and only go ahead when the treatment is right for the person in front of you. Clients are of all genders and range from 25 to 70, and most come because a line has started to settle or their skin quality has changed with age or hormones.

Novaderma Aesthetics holds Safety in Beauty accreditation for 2026 and is listed in the Safety in Beauty directory, so prospective clients can check the accreditation for themselves. In the same year Helena received The Empowerment Award at the Women in Aesthetics Awards 2026, and the clinic was named a finalist for Best New Clinic at the Diamonds Awards London 2026.

Three recognitions in the clinic's third year is a strong start for a sole practitioner. Helena treats them as a marker of standards rather than a finishing line. The accreditation reflects the way consultations, consent and aftercare are already run at both clinics, and that is what she intends to keep doing as Novaderma Aesthetics grows.

Every new client starts with a consultation costing £50 and lasting up to 1 hour. Helena takes a thorough medical history, listens to what has prompted you to come in, and gives an honest view of what will and will not help. You leave with a plan: which treatments belong in it, in what order, and what each costs, so you can weigh price against investment before deciding anything.

Prescription-only medicines such as anti-wrinkle injections are provided only after a face-to-face consultation and prescription, in line with NMC and MHRA requirements, so a prescription must be in place before any of these treatments goes ahead. Treatment is for adults aged 18 and over. There is no pressure to book, and nothing is scheduled until you are ready. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please give at least 2 days' notice.

Helena practises under the NMC Code, the professional standards every UK nurse is held to, and every product she uses is MHRA-regulated and sourced from UK pharmacies and suppliers. Before any treatment you go through a consent process in which the likely benefits, the common side effects and the alternatives are explained in plain terms, and you receive aftercare guidance to take home.

A review at 2 weeks is built into treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections and hyperhidrosis treatment, so the result can be checked and any adjustment made. Helena keeps a clear pathway for managing the rare complication, and she will say no when a treatment is not right for you, whether that is because of your medical history, your expectations, or because the concern would be better addressed another way. Honest refusal is part of the standard, not an exception to it.

Treatments at Novaderma Aesthetics are curated rather than picked from a menu. Helena builds a bespoke plan around your concerns and your skin, then sequences it as a journey, with each step timed so the one before has had a chance to work.
