What's available here

Treatments built
around you

Initial Consultation

Up to an hour with Helena at UNTIL Marylebone or Canary Wharf. You talk through what you have noticed, she takes a thorough medical history, and you leave with a written plan: which treatments belong in it, in what order, and what each one costs. The £50 fee is redeemable against treatment.

£50 Up to 60 min

Anti-Wrinkle Injections

A prescription-only medicine placed into the muscles that crease the skin when you frown, raise your brows or smile. Areas include frown and forehead lines, crow's feet, brow lift, lip flip, bunny lines, a downturned mouth, chin and masseters. Provided only after a face-to-face consultation, with a review at 2 weeks.

From £175 30 min

Dermal Fillers

Hyaluronic acid filler to bring back volume where the face has lost it, or to add definition where it never had much. Lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and tear troughs, treated one area at a time over about an hour. Results are planned to look like you.

From £300 60 min per area

Profhilo

An injectable hyaluronic acid bioremodeller for skin that has lost firmness and glow. It is not a filler and adds no volume; it spreads through the skin and encourages your own collagen and elastin. Two to three 30-minute treatments about 4 weeks apart, then maintenance at around 6 months.

From £400 30 min

Polynucleotides

A regenerative injectable made from purified fish DNA fragments that calm, hydrate and stimulate the skin from within. Helena uses them for the under-eye area, face and neck, and on the scalp for early hair thinning. A course of 3 to 6 sessions 4 to 6 weeks apart, then maintenance around every 9 months.

From £350 30 to 45 min

Skin Boosters

Fine injections of hyaluronic acid that hydrate the skin from within, improving texture, elasticity and radiance on the face, neck, chest and hands. Best as a course of 2 to 3 sessions, with maintenance every 4 to 6 months; some products need topping up only once a year.

From £300 45 min

Sculptra

A poly-L-lactic acid biostimulator that works gradually, prompting the skin to build its own collagen over several months rather than adding volume on the day. A course of 3 sessions spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart, with results that can last up to 2 years. Suited to broad, natural facial volume loss.

From £550 45 min

Sunekos

An injectable blend of hyaluronic acid and amino acids that feeds the skin the building blocks for its own collagen and elastin, chosen for delicate areas such as the under-eyes, neck and hands. A course of 3 sessions 2 weeks apart, then maintenance every 6 to 8 months as the effect settles.

From £375 30 min

Exosomes

A concentrated topical serum applied straight after microneedling, while the skin channels are open, to support repair, calm redness and improve texture and glow. Usually a course of 3 sessions 4 weeks apart, with maintenance every 6 to 9 months. Popular alongside microneedling for acne scarring and loss of glow.

From £400 60 min

Mesotherapy

A cocktail of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and hyaluronic acid delivered into the skin by micro-injection or microneedling to brighten, hydrate and improve skin quality. Helena plans a course of 4 to 6 sessions 2 weeks apart, then reviews how the skin has responded before suggesting any maintenance.

From £300 45 min

Microneedling

Tiny controlled channels in the skin trigger its own repair response, building collagen over the following weeks for smoother texture, softer scarring and a more even tone. A course of 4 to 6 sessions 4 weeks apart for the face; on the scalp it supports early hair thinning alongside polynucleotides.

From £275 45 to 60 min

Chemical Peels

A clinical-grade acid solution lifts away the dull outer layers of skin so fresher skin comes through: brighter tone, smoother texture, fewer congested pores and softer pigmentation. Helena chooses the peel depth for your skin and goal, as a one-off refresh or a short course spaced a few weeks apart.

From £250 30 to 45 min

Facial Harmonisation

A considered plan across several areas rather than a single syringe: cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, lips and the folds around the mouth, brought into balance with hyaluronic acid filler and, where prescribed, anti-wrinkle injections. Sequenced as a journey over more than one visit so each step can settle first.

By consultation Planned over several visits

Hair Restoration

Non-surgical support for early hair thinning in men and women: polynucleotides injected into the scalp to wake up dormant follicles, and microneedling to improve the scalp environment. A course of 3 to 4 sessions every 4 weeks, with honest guidance on what is realistic and when to see your GP first.

From £300 45 min

Excessive Sweating

A prescription-only medicine injected into the underarm skin to reduce excessive sweating for months at a time, for people whose antiperspirants no longer help. One session with a review at 2 weeks. Provided only after a face-to-face consultation, and only once your GP has ruled out an underlying cause.

From £550 45 min
